Job Title: Admin Assistant (Temp – 3 months)

Job Description

Reports directly to Manager, Finance.


A day in the life:

  • Perform receipts confirmation
  • Verify cheque receipts
  • Update daily cash book
  • Process simple vendor payment
  • Perform administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


What you need:

  • Minimum Diploma in Finance or Accounting
  • Has experience in administrative roles
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel
  • Meticulous, responsible, organized, detail oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and also a good team player
  • Able to multi-task
  • Hands on experience in SAP will be advantageous
