The Lifestyle team is a diversified team that handles multiple products that helps our partners feel safe to live their life to their fullest. We are in the business of helping people enjoy their lives be it in terms of protection for their possessions, or Life. Reports directly to Manager, Health & Lifestyle.
A day in the life:
- Assisting the Health & Lifestyle team in administrative works including but not limited to data entry, scanning and filing
- Liaise with Insurance principals on documentations of policies
- Assisting the Lifestyle team for policy renewal and other administrative tasks
- Liaise with client and insurer for payment.
- Attend to clients’ other enquiries with regards to policy administrations
What you need:
- A Hunger to learn and grow with the firm
- At least 2-3 years of experience in administration positions
- Min. Diploma or equivalent
- Team Player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
